1 Regulations

Regulations for provision of services in the service www.look4sailing.com § 1 Definitions User – natural person, legal person or other business unit without legal personality, which after undergoing the registration procedure has access to services offered by the Service Service owner / administrator - Net Bonus Roman Litwin; Advertisement – a package of information in the form of text introduced on-line by the advertiser, allowing contact with the advertiser to the persons interested; Advertisement Service www.look4sailing.com : an internet service allowing contact between the Users, comprising advertisements about boats for hire (charter), crew for hire, updated, planned cruises and other and making it possible to place them, available at current URL directions: http://www.look4sailing.com, http://www.look4sailing.com.pl, http://www.look4sailing.pl, http://www.look4sailing.eu and at directions which are redirections to these addresses and at addresses which are their supplement or continuation and all which will replace it; § 2 General rules 1. Placement of advertisements in the announcement service www.look4sailing.com, called hereinafter the Service, is done on the basis of these Regulations. 2. Placement of advertisements in the Service and their viewing are free of charge. Advertisements in the section ‘charters’ for which a charge is taken in the amount defined on the price list provided to interested parties at their request or published on the Internet is an exception. 3. The advertisement service is not a business partner for Users and bears no responsibility for the content of the advertisements placed and for the services offered by them. 4. The advertisements placed by users can not comprise contents contrary to the law or the rules of social coexistence or the character of the Service. If this condition is not met, the Service refuses to place the Advertisement. 5. The Service reserves the right to remove an advertisement, if it is found that the content of the announcement infringes provisions of the Regulations. 6. The Service reserves the right to refuse an Advertisement or its publication without giving the reason. § 3 Terms of participation 1. A natural person, of age, having full ability for legal activities, a legal person or a business unit without legal personality, may be users. 2. Use of the service in its full scope requires logging in and acceptance of the Regulations. 3. Actions which could make operation of the service difficult or destabilise it are inadmissible. If the administrator of the Service finds that a User undertakes such actions, the administrator of the Service shall block the account of such User immediately. § 4 Registration 1. A natural person who uses the Service is registered after provision of the surname and first name, e-mail address, the password and, optionally, other data contained in the registration form. 2. Registration of a legal person or a business unit without legal personality, is made after provision of the name (company name), surname and first name of the person authorised to contact www.look4sailing.com, e-mail address, name under which the User acts on www.look4sailing.com, password and, optionally, other data comprised in the registration form. 3. By accepting his data in the registration process by clicking on the button ´send´ the future User confirms consistence of the provided data with actual situation and states that he has got acquainted with terms of the Regulations and accepts them. 4. The user is obliged to update the data defined in § 4 paragraph 1 and 2 immediately after each change of these data. 5. At the moment of registration the User agrees for placement and processing of information on his personal data by the owner of the service for strategic and marketing purposes. Any personal data placed by the User shall be processed in accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection and the Polish law. 6. The user of the Service agrees for provision of data placed in the Service to other Users, including Users whose domicile and seat are abroad, in accordance with the purpose of the Service. 7. The User has a possibility of access and changes of his personal data through internet sites www.look4sailing.com in accordance with the Act on personal data protection. The User may demand a removal of his personal data from the database www.look4sailing.com. 8. It is forbidden to use accounts of other Users and to provide use of one’s own account to other parsons. 9. It is not allowed for the User to own additional accounts which are used for placement of the same advertisement many times or in any other way are used to infringe the provisions of these Regulations. § 5 Removal of a user 1. The Service reserves the right to suspend and remove the account of the User who infringes any of the provisions of these Regulations. 2. The Service reserves the right to suspend the account of the User whose actions will be regarded as harmful for the Service and for Net Bonus Roman Litwin. 3. The person using a suspended account or the person removed from the service can not get registered again without prior consent of www.look4sailing.com. § 6 Placement of advertisements 1. Placement of advertisements, except from advertisements in the ´charter´ section, is free of charge. 2. Placement of advertisements is available via the ´application´ function available in the main menu of every section of the Service. 3. Advertisements are placed in the following way: - choice of the adequate section in which one wants to place the advertisement. - filling the application form - approval of the content of the advertisement 5. Multiple placement of the same advertisement is not permitted. Multiplied advertisements shall be removed. § 7 Final Provisions 1. The owner of the Service reserves the right to transfer or order all or some of his rights and obligations resulting from these Regulations. If he uses this right, the name of the entity to which the transfer was made, shall be given on the main site. Personal data shall be transferred exclusively upon the consent of the User. 2. The User agrees that all copyrights, all trade Marks, accounts of users and the remaining intellectual property rights connected with services of the Service belong to Net Bonus Roman Litwin. 3. The service reserves the right to change the content of Regulations and start a New version of services. The User shall be informed on the changes during logging in on the site www.look4sailing.com. 4. Any disputes related to services provided by the Service on the basis of these Regulations shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Owner. 5. These Regulations and the claims resulting from them shall be governed by the Polish law. 6. The regulations are available on the site www.look4sailing.com. 7. The regulations stall be effective as of ………. 2006 r.
